Japan is one of the fastest-aging societies in world, with a population expected to fall from 125 million to under 100 million. Even so, it continues to be the third-largest economy in the world. Professor Ulrike Schaede of the University of California at San Diego, who specializes in Japanese business, talks with us about her book, "Reinventing Japanese Business," and her research into what Japan has been doing to maintain its economic strength these demographic trends.
