Ruriko-in Temple is a temple located at the foot of Mt. Hiei, just outside the city of Kyoto. The temple is open to tourists three times a year, in the spring, summer, and autumn, respectively. One of the most popular features is a study on the second floor of the temple. Trees reflected on the black table in the room fill the scene with green, red, or orange depending on the season, creating a breathtakingly beautiful sight. Ruriko-in is among the most beautiful of Kyoto's many attractive temples. Every year many tourists visit and enjoy this resplendent sight.
